Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel, Crawley (West Sussex)

The hotel has welcoming, clean rooms with comfortable beds, yet the dining service needs improvement. While it's conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, some guests faced issues with air conditioning and slow restaurant service. Overall, it has great potential but requires attention to detail to enhance guest experiences.

My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is excellent for easy access to Gatwick Airport, and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing as the service was painfully slow, and one of our orders got lost completely. While the room facilities were satisfactory, the overall service in the restaurant left much to be desired.
